• RN registered nurse.
• Associate Degree, or Bachelors Degree.
• 1 year of Med-Surg experience required.
• ACLS Certification or Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• BCLS Certification or Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.

Responsabilidades

• Assess the patient's condition during admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
• Administer prescribed medications, monitor the patient for therapeutic response, and document care administration in the medical record; respond to adverse drug reactions.
• Provide exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests and proactively addressing needs.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about the condition, treatment plan, medications, side effects, and follow-up measures, ensuring comprehension.
