Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking an experienced RN for PCU/Nursing stepping down unit in Minnesota. This 8-week assignment covers night shifts, 12-hour shifts, with patient ratios around 1:4 days / 1:5 nights, and every other weekend. Must have active RN license and at least 1 year of strong acute care Step-down/PCU experience.

BCLS required; ACLS preferred. Will float within scope to meet facility needs and assist with vent care as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of strong acute care Step-down/PCU experience.
• Active RN license required.
• BCLS mandatory; ACLS preferred.
• Must-have: Charge Nurse experience and vent management.
• On-call and weekend shifts as per unit schedule.

Responsibilities

• Float across M/S, SCU, and occasional pediatric patient duties.
• Monitor telemetry and manage arterial lines and ports.
• Assist with ventilated patients and charting system training.
