Qualifikationen

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience working in PCU, IMC, or Stepdown units preferred.
• Ability to meet facility-specific requirements during the application process.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

Aufgaben

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients requiring close monitoring in PCU/IMC/Stepdown settings.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform assessments according to established protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, post-discharge care, and ongoing health management.
• Document patient care activities accurately and maintain compliance with facility and regulatory standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
