UCHealth is offering a Progressive Care Fellowship for experienced nurses in Aurora, Colorado. The role is onsite in the Progressive Care Unit, with day and night rotation and a pay rate of $35.29–$54.71 per hour based on experience. Fellowship starts 1/4/27 or 1/27/27, and no remote option is available.

The position requires an RN license, 6 months RN experience, and BLS certification prior to start. A comprehensive benefits package accompanies the role, including education and career growth

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program; licensure as RN.
• BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross required before start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide top of scope patient care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve outcomes.
• Mentor and precept new staff and students in a fast-paced clinical environment.
