• BLS CPR upon hire
• ACLS within 6 months

Responsibilities

• Administers, oversees and documents medication administration as ordered and per policy
• Assesses patient needs and plans care with appropriate interventions and outcomes
• Performs skilled nursing procedures and collaborates with an interdisciplinary team
• Documents care and patient status using the nursing process and updates physician orders
