Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking experienced Progressive Care Unit (PCU) / Stepdown Registered Nurses (RNs) for nationwide travel and local assignments. You will monitor telemetry, administer medications, and support patients transitioning from ICU to med-surg, delivering intermediate-level critical care.

Responsibilities include monitoring high-acuity patients, interpreting cardiac rhythms, managing IV drips, and collaborating with physicians to ensure safe, effective treatment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (Compact license preferred).
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum 1–2 years of PCU/Stepdown/Telemetry experience.
• Strong cardiac rhythm interpretation and critical thinking skills.
• Experience with ventilator and drip management preferred.

ARMStaffing is seeking experienced and highly skilled Progressive Care Unit (PCU) / Stepdown Registered Nurses (RNs) for nationwide travel and local assignments. Job Description:

As a PCU/Stepdown RN, you'll care for patients who are critically ill but stable enough to leave the ICU. You’ll monitor telemetry, administer complex medications, and respond quickly to changes in patient condition—all while playing a key role in patient recovery.

Key Responsibilities:
