Job summary

Origin Travel Nurses is seeking an experienced RN Charge for our inpatient rehabilitation unit in Madison, WI. The role combines leadership with direct patient care to guide a high-acuity team and ensure quality rehabilitation outcomes.

You will mentor staff, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, oversee medication administration, and participate in ongoing training. Shift is 12-hour nights with weekend and holiday rotations required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience in a skilled nursing or 24/7 skilled care environment.
• At least 13 weeks of Epic experience.
• Managerial experience required.
• Must have Med-Surg or inpatient rehabilitation experience related to patient acuity.
• Current BLS certification.
