Atrium Health in Winston-Salem, NC seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with the care team, and participate in safety and quality initiatives. You will assess and plan nursing care and document accurately in the EHR.

Qualified candidates will have an RN license, BLS, and at least 1 year of clinical nursing experience. BSN is preferred and telehealth practice may apply in certain settings.

Qualificações

• Need to be a graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice in the state(s) where services are provided.
• Experience in clinical nursing typically 1 year.

Responsabilidades

• Engage in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care.
• Use the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement and evaluate care.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans with the care team.
• Uphold a culture of safety and ensure accurate EHR documentation.
• Float to other units as needed to meet patient care needs.
• Provide care appropriate to patients' age and development.
