Job summary

• Associate's Degree - Graduate from an accredited Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
• Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License.
• Bachelor’s Degree - Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Inbound/outbound calls triage and coordinate patient intake and transfers.
• Serve as liaison between physicians, hospitals and other care providers.
• Provide clinical guidance on level of care, regulatory considerations, and onboarding/training of staff.
