Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience as a Registered Nurse in acute care.
• Prior telephone consultation experience preferred; data collection and computer operations experience; bilingual English & Spanish are necessary.
• Must demonstrate commitment to Compliance Program and Code of Conduct with required trainings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the patient experience program including education and training for staff who interact with patients.
• Educate, coach and mentor staff; collaborate with providers and leadership to improve patient experience and outcomes.
• Lead performance improvement activities using Focus PDCA; utilize patient data and discharge follow-up to drive improvements.
