Job summary

Jupiter-Rehabilitation-and-Healthcare-Cente is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate care in a soothing, patient‑centered environment. Qualifications

• Florida RN license and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients, including assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing interventions to promote optimal health outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication
• Conduct patient assessments, administer medications, and perform various medical procedures as needed
• Educate patients and their families on self-care techniques, disease management, and prevention strategies
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
