• Provides a holistic view of care spanning physical, developmental, emotional, psychosocial, cultural, and functional status.
• Follows established nursing objectives, standards, policies, and procedures in administering care.
• Performs initial and ongoing assessments to individualize care and track patient progress.
• Ensures accurate documentation and adequate supplies; operates equipment proficiently.
• Acts as an educator to peers, patients, and families to support service excellence and healing.
