Job summary

North Shore Medical Center, Inc. is seeking Registered Nurses to join our expanding nursing team on site at Salem Hospital, an affiliate of Mass General Brigham.

You will manage all aspects of the nursing process, deliver patient- and family-centered care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes. Requires MA RN license and BLS; ACLS preferred. Rotating shifts, 36 hours weekly, onsite at 81 Highland Avenue.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Med/Surg experience
• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
• Valid/Current license to practice as an RN in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• BLS required. ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients and families across the nursing process.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.
• Maintain safety, documentation, and adherence to clinical standards.
