Job summary

Mass General Brigham's Salem Hospital is hiring a Registered Nurse to deliver patient and family centered care in a dynamic medical‑surgical setting. The RN uses available resources and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, high‑quality outcomes.

The position requires an active MA RN license, BLS, and 2+ years of Med/Surg experience; ACLS and a bachelor’s degree are preferred. Onsite work at 81 Highland Avenue with regular hours and a rotating shift.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years Med/Surg experience.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
  • Valid/Current license to practice as an RN in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • BLS required. ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

  • The Registered Nurse manages all aspects of the nursing process and the delivery of patient and family centered care.
  • The RN has the responsibility and authority to request and use governing and administrative resources, technological and support systems, and multidisciplinary clinical experts to provide quality, cost effective patient care.
