Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Registered Nurse in New Jersey to provide high-quality, patient-centered care within a collaborative team. The role emphasizes evidence-based nursing practices, clear communication with the care team and patients, and safe medication administration.

Qualifications include a valid NJ RN license, AHA BLS/CPR, and at least 1 year of RN experience. A BSN is preferred or to be obtained within 3 years.

Qualifications

• Current and valid New Jersey Registered Professional Nurse license.
• Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS/CPR certification.
• BSN strongly preferred or must obtain within 3 years.
• 1 year of RN experience required.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of nursing practices according to evidence-based research, policies and standards of care to provide safe, patient-centered care to a diverse population.
• Ongoing communication with patients, nursing colleagues and health care team regarding patient status and treatment plans.
• Responsible for patient and guest satisfaction and care experience.
• Medication administration using latest documentation technology to ensure safe delivery of medications.
• Interdisciplinary collaboration in management of patient care from admission to discharge.
