Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate nursing care for assigned patients using the nursing process and teamwork.
• Coordinate patient, family and health team involvement in care and discharge planning.
• Communicate plan of care with health team members.
• Participate in improving patient care and in quality improvement activities.
• Orient new staff and serve as point of contact for policies.
• Participate in committees and daily operational activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
