Job summary

Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma from an accredited nursing program.
• BSN or higher preferred within 3 years of hire.
• 1 year RN acute care experience preferred.
• Current licensure as RN in NJ or PA with BLS certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient- and family-centered care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with inter-professional teams to ensure safety and quality.
• Educate patients and families on condition, treatment and discharge steps.
• Monitor and document patient data and outcomes to guide care.
• Engage in safety, quality improvement and committee activities.
