Yale New Haven Health System in Connecticut is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver patient-centered care within our multidisciplinary team. You will apply professional nursing standards, assess patient needs, and coordinate care plans in partnership with physicians and other clinicians.

Responsibilities include effective communication, safeguarding patient safety, and advocating for diverse patient populations.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred and CT RN licensure required by state.
• Experience with professional nursing standards and SPIRE advancement encouraged.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilités

• Provide patient-centered nursing care according to standards and act within CT Nurse Practice Act.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinicians to coordinate comprehensive care plans.
• Communicate effectively with patients/families and advocate for diverse populations.
