Job summary

Research Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to coordinate and deliver high-quality patient care in alignment with department standards and state requirements. You will collaborate with providers and the care team to ensure compassionate, individualized treatment and strive for optimal clinical outcomes.

Key duties include admission assessments, accurate documentation, timely responses to patient needs, and coordinating across disciplines to tailor care plans for diverse patient groups.

Qualifications

• RN license or compact multi-state license.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 90 days of start date.
• RN Diploma required as minimum education.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient condition during admission and each shift.
• Documents care in patient record accurately and timely.
• Responds promptly to patient requests and anticipates needs.
• Coordinates with multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care.
• Interfaces with providers and community for ongoing care.
