Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma in nursing required.
• BSN strongly preferred, within 3 years of hire.
• RN license in PA; BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Partners with patients and families to identify learning needs.
• Follows nursing protocols to minimize risk and uses IT to communicate.
• Monitors care outcomes and drives quality and safety improvements.
• Creates an inclusive environment respecting patient preferences and culture.
• Actively participates in committees and serves as a preceptor when appropriate.
