Job summary

Fundamental is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care in a compassionate, patient-centered team at our facility. You will work in harmony with the nursing staff to deliver excellent care, assess patient needs, and support care planning. Shifts available: 3p-11:30p and 11p-7:30a.

Must hold an active RN license in good standing and have 1 year of nursing experience in a long-term care facility. Reliable transportation is required to perform duties.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN in good standing with the state.
• 1+ years of nursing experience in a long-term care facility strongly preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Work under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Practice Guidelines, and nursing judgment.
• Deliver nursing care to patients requiring care, collecting patient data, making observations, and reporting pertinent information to the care of patients.
• Direct and supervise care given by other nursing staff members as needed.
