Job summary

Jefferson Health in Philadelphia seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse with a Specialized Diploma in Nursing or BSN candidate to deliver patient- and family-centered care using the nursing process. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, coordinate with inter-professional teams, educate patients and families, and support discharge planning.

Qualifications
