Job summary

Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma required.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered care.
• Licensed RN in PA and current in scope of practice.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients, families, and staff to deliver safe, compassionate care.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and medications.
• Use information technology to communicate, manage knowledge, and monitor care outcomes.
• Collaborate with inter-professional teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Participate in safety and quality improvement activities within hospital settings.
• Provide precepting and mentorship to appropriate staff members.
