Job summary

Longview Regional Medical Center is interviewing for a PAT FT RN. The role is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (CT). The RN provides patient-centered care using the nursing process and coordinates with physicians and the care team to achieve optimal outcomes.

This position requires 0–2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in acute care, RN licensure, and BCLS. ACLS/PALS/NRP are preferred. We offer strong benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in acute care are required.
• RN licensure and BCLS are required; ACLS/PALS/NRP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care using the nursing process.
• Perform thorough patient assessments and document findings.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for adverse effects.
• Collaborate with physicians and care team to develop care plans.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in life-saving interventions as needed.
• Maintain infection control standards and ensure patient safety.
