Qualifications include 0-2 years in clinical nursing or student rotations in acute care, RN licensure, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting.
• Strong knowledge of the nursing process and clinical nursing practices.
• Ability to perform thorough patient assessments and document findings.
• Effective communication and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• Adherence to safety standards and infection control.
• Capability to administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Ability to participate in life-saving interventions when needed.
• Maintains patient privacy and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care per policies and nursing process.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and document findings accurately.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for side effects.
• Assist physicians during procedures within your competency.
• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans with the care team.
• Respond to medical emergencies and participate in CPR and code team activities.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.
• Maintain infection control protocols to prevent infections.
• Document care promptly in the medical record.
• Engage in professional development and quality improvement initiatives.
