Qualifications

• Licensed RN in good standing with the Florida Board of Nursing.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Florida State driver's license.
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification for Cardio Department.

Responsibilities

• Provide vital signs, interview patients/families, and document findings.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers in planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs.
• Maintain effective communication with providers, supervisors, peers, and staff.
• Oversee triage processes by CNAs/Phlebotomists and Medical Assistants.
• Assist providers with exams, procedures, and suture removal.
• Complete patient authorizations and referrals in a timely manner.
• Ensure smooth patient flow and accurate medical records.
