Job summary

Qualifications

• American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification is required.
• 1 year of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate nursing care, including collection and analysis of assessment data and development of the plan of care with patient/family and interdisciplinary team.
• Identify expected outcomes and implement the plan of care; evaluate progress and document the care process.
• Promote effective team functioning; delegate tasks as appropriate under NC Nurse Practice Act; collaborate with the care team throughout the episode of care.
