Job summary

Atlantic Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in delivering high-quality patient care at our Morristown-based facilities. The role involves monitoring patients, administering medications, maintaining records, and educating patients and families.

Ideal candidates will be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license and BLS certification. Preferred candidates may hold a BSN, MSN, or have ASN with BSN progression, and ACLS

Qualifications

Graduates of an accredited Nursing Program.
Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

Maintains accurate, complete health care records and reports.
Administers medications to patients and monitors them for side effects and reactions.
Prescribes assistive medical devices and related treatments.
Monitors, reports, and records symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
Assesses, implements, plans, or evaluates patient nursing care plans by working with healthcare team members.
Records patient vital signs and medical information.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
