Red Seal Recruiting Ltd. seeks a Patient Care Manager (RN) to lead our home health team and elevate patient care across the community. You will guide clinical staff, foster collaboration, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while driving quality improvement and safe care delivery.

As a key clinical leader, you will influence patient outcomes, support staff development, and uphold core organizational values through professional leadership and service excellence.

Competenze

• Registered nurse with current licensure to practice in the practicing state.
• Two years management or supervisory experience in home care preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation and federal, state, and local regulatory requirements

Position Overview

Qualifications:

• Registered nurse with current licensure to practice nursing in the practicing state.
• Previous experience in home care setting with two years management or supervisory experience, preferred.
• Knowledge of accepted professional standards and practice, Medicare Conditions of Participation, and federal, state, and local regulatory requirements
