This role emphasizes regulatory compliance, staff development, and collaboration with families, referral sources, and care teams. You will mentor supervisors, support quality improvement initiatives, and ensure services meet Medicare conditions

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with current licensure to practice nursing in the state.
• 5 yrs RN experience with home care; supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of professional standards, Medicare Conditions of Participation, and regulatory requirements.
