Qualifications

• Licensed RN with current licensure in the practicing state.
• 5 years RN experience with prior home health experience.
• 2 years management or supervisory experience in home health (preferred).
• Knowledge of professional standards, Medicare Conditions of Participation, and regulations.

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor patient care for high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications
