Qualifications

• Licensed RN with active California license
• 5+ years RN experience, including home health
• 2+ years of management or supervisory experience in home health preferred
• Knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation and federal/state/local regs

• Provide clinical supervision to ensure patient care aligns with standards, policies and regulatory requirements.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor patient care for high-quality outcomes and consistent service delivery.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with current licensure to practice nursing in the practicing state.
• 5 yrs RN experience with previous experience in home care setting.
• 2 years management or supervisory experience in home health, preferred.
• Knowledge of accepted professional standards and practice, Medicare Conditions of Participation, and federal, state, and local regulatory requirements
