Homestead of Topeka is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. You will provide care under the general supervision of the Director of Nursing and work with a supportive group of staff to implement care plans.

As an RN, you will communicate with patients and families about education and progress, review and maintain clinical records, and monitor compliance with state and federal requirements including infection control and safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide a provision of care to patients in accordance with their care plans.
• Communicate with patient and family regarding education and progress of patient.
• Review and maintain all clinical records, which are required for patient’s care and progress.
• Review weekly reports to monitor personal and staff compliance to all State and Federal requirements including blood borne pathogens, hazardous materials, infection control, and fire safety
