Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Associate degree in nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• 3+ years as an acute care nurse preferred.
• 1+ year leading teaching or evidence-based projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages Pathway to Excellence project processes (application, document submission, site visits, designation).
• Drives education, communication, and celebrations to support Pathway to Excellence designation.
• Guides department and facility leaders toward a systematic regulatory readiness approach.
• Chairs accreditation readiness committees; prepares reports and educational materials.
• Coordinates monitoring cycles and conducts tracer activities in hospital and clinics.
• Performs chart reviews, prepares summaries, and facilitates staff education and mock surveys.
