Trellis Chino is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team in a part-time capacity. Located conveniently near Chino Valley Medical Center, this 59-bed skilled nursing facility emphasizes patient-centered care with private suites for residents.

The RN is responsible for overseeing nursing staff, administering medications, and monitoring patient health. Competitive pay ranges from $43 to $50 per hour, depending on experience, alongside beneficial opportunities for training and growth.

• Responsible for overseeing LVN's and CNA's.
• Responsible for the care of residents by initiating treatment plans and administering medications.
• Prepare IVs, draw blood, give injections.
• Use clinical expertise to monitor the health of the resident population and ensure proper care.
• Admit and discharge residents.
• Interact with the resident's family by reporting any changes in the resident's health or living situation.
• Report clinical findings to Physicians and appropriate team members.
