Mayo Clinic is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) in Jacksonville, Florida. The RN will coordinate nursing care, provide direct patient care, and educate patients and families as part of the care team.

The role supports professional nursing practice across settings and requires leadership in quality improvement and teaching. Candidates must hold an RN license, with BLS (and ACLS if applicable) and have strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program.
• Current RN license by applicable state requirements and BLS/ACLS as required.
• One year of RN experience in an applicable care setting or Mayo Clinic RN/LPN experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, nights, holidays, and weekends; on-call as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care and direct patient care for assigned patients.
• Educate patients and families and manage transitions of care.
• Provide leadership through preceptor roles and quality improvement activities.
