Job summary

Sprenger Health Care in South Carolina is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Healthcare Team. You will assess residents, administer medications, perform treatments, and support residents and families.

Qualified candidates hold an active RN license, CPR certification, and have proven RN experience. EMR proficiency is a plus, with a strong emphasis on compassionate, patient-centered care. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.
