Oak Glen Post Acute in Cherry Valley, CA is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our part-time team. You will deliver high-quality nursing care, administer medications per orders, and support residents on recovery and daily living.

The ideal candidate holds an active California RN license, CPR/BLS, and strong communication and leadership skills. Weekend and holiday shifts may be required; we offer competitive hourly pay and a collaborative, patient-centered work environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing monitoring of residents.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Develop, implement and update individualized care plans.
• Monitor and document resident conditions and report changes promptly.
• Provide wound care, IV therapy and other skilled nursing interventions.
• Supervise LVNs and CNAs to ensure quality care delivery.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to coordinate services.
• Educate residents and families on care plans and conditions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and infection control standards.

Pay Range: $42.00 - $46.00 per hour (DOE)

Oak Glen Post Acute is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in Cherry Valley, California. We provide 24-hour nursing care and short-term rehabilitation services in a compassionate, patient-centered environment, supporting residents recovering from surgery, illness, or injury.

Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a part-time basis . The RN is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care, ensuring resident safety, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to support optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing monitoring of residents
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans
• Monitor and document resident conditions, reporting changes promptly
• Provide wound care, IV therapy, and other skilled nursing interventions
• Supervise and support LVNs and CNAs to ensure quality care delivery
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care teams to coordinate services
• Educate residents and families on care plans and health conditions
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and infection control standards

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted California Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) preferred
• Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
