Job summary

Scott Lake Health and Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our resident-centered care team in Lakeland, FL. This part-time night shift (11 PM–7 AM) offers hourly pay, flexible scheduling, and a supportive work environment.

Typical duties include assessing and planning patient care, delivering nursing services, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring documentation meets policy standards. AHCA background screening is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved professional nursing education program.
• Current RN license in state(s) of practice.
• Minimum one year medical/surgical nursing experience.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, holidays, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to long-term and rehabilitation patients.
• Assess, plan and evaluate patient care.
• Direct and supervise nursing staff.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with policies.
• Maintain knowledge of equipment setup and use.
