Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital in Ste. Genevieve, MO invites an experienced RN to join Med Surg on a part-time, benefit-eligible schedule.

You will prioritize and deliver care for an assigned patient load in a fast-paced setting with teamwork and compassionate patient interaction. Required Missouri RN license, BLS, EMR experience, and 1–3 years Med Surg preferred. This role emphasizes clinical assessment, critical thinking, and excellent communication and customer service in a community

RN – Med Surg – Part Time Benefit Eligible Days

Requirements

What to expect as a Med Surg RN:

• Prioritize and deliver care to a team of assigned patients in a fast-paced environment.
• Be proficient with clinical skills and assessments, critical thinking skills, and time management.
• Work in a teamwork environment.
• Use critical thinking, excellent clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Be able to deliver personal, compassionate care and have excellent customer service skills.
• Average nurse patient ratio 1:5.

Qualifications:

• Current Missouri RN license.
• Previous Med Surg (1-3 years preferred) or related experience desired.
• BLS certification required.
• Previous EMR (Electronic Medical Record) experience required.
