Stonebridge at Montgomery, a Springpoint Senior Living community in Skillman, NJ, seeks experienced Registered Nurses to join our team. Part-time positions include supervising daily nursing activities for LPNs and CNAs and ensuring care aligns with federal, state, and local standards.

We offer a $2,500 sign-on bonus, competitive pay of $44–$49 per hour, and benefits for part-time staff such as STO/Holiday Pay, 401(k) with company match, and wellness programs.

Qualifikationen

• NJ RN license is required.
• CPR certification required.
• LTC or sub-acute care experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Perform a nursing assessment on all residents upon admission.
• Develop a written plan of care for each resident upon admission.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate each resident’s physical and emotional status for changes.
• Provide medications and treatments to residents.
• Assist with physician rounds and notify physicians of changes or concerns.
• Make nursing rounds on the unit and report problems to the Unit Coordinator.
• Respond to emergency calls throughout the community.
• Complete all required documentation in a timely manner.
• Assist with assessments of residents and coordination of care plans.
