Job summary

CORE, a leader in occupational medicine, is seeking a Project Coordinator – RN or Paramedic to join our nationwide team. This full-time role involves coordinating medical professionals across multiple worksites and ensuring safe, compliant operations.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license or Paramedic certification, with ER/ICU experience and a Bachelor’s degree preferred. Travel is required, along with a flexible schedule and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• RN multi-state compact license or Paramedic (EMT-P) certification required.
• Previous ER, Urgent Care, ICU or EMT/Paramedic experience preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.
• Flexible schedule: days, nights, weekends.
• Travel: locally and out of state; overnight travel required.
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based tools.
• Current First Aid/CPR/AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects and teams of medical professionals across nationwide worksites.
• Assist clients and Site Safety Managers to maintain a safe work environment.
• Respond to emergencies promptly and provide basic medical support.
• Assess injuries/illnesses to prioritize medical procedures.
• Communicate with medical professionals and facilities for next steps.
• Document findings and treatments clearly and concisely.
• Ensure adherence to clinical standards at all times.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure coordinated efforts.
