Oxford Surgery Center in Oxford, MS is hiring RN PACU nurses. Willing to train RNs with Med Surg, ER, ICU experience or a new graduate. Fast paced, busy multi-specialty center serving Sports Medicine, Total Joint, Ortho Spine, ENT, Ophthalmology and General Surgery.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current Registered Nurse License
• BLS and ACLS certifications

Responsibilities

• Initiates the delivery of patient care through the nursing process in the preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative phases in a same-day surgery setting.
• Assists in provision of nursing care to patients and ensures care aligns with physician orders and center policies.
• Monitors and controls use of and charging for supplies utilized in the center.

Education

Current Registered Nurse License

BLS and ACLS certifications
