Job summary

Houston Metro Urology Surgical Center is seeking a PRN RN for PACU with the ability to provide safe postoperative care in our ambulatory surgery environment. The role focuses on caring for patients as they recover from anesthesia, in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

As a part of HCA Healthcare’s network, you’ll work with a skilled team to support patient comfort, safety, and smooth transitions from PACU to next steps. PRN opportunities are available at our Highland Village location.

Qualifications

• RN with experience in PACU/postoperative care.
• BLS/ACLS certification.
• Strong patient assessment and monitoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide postoperative care for ambulatory surgery patients.
• Monitor patient recovery and manage pain and vitals.
• Collaborate with surgical team to ensure safe client transitions.
