Job summary

Trinity Health Ann Arbor is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for FirstChoice – Trinity Health's mobile staffing solution. RNs float across units and locations with premium compensation, flexible scheduling, travel opportunities, and a focus on autonomous practice within licensure.

Start ASAP with 13-week assignments, 3x12 night shifts, and a gross hourly rate of $66. Regional and nationwide opportunities are available through FirstChoice staffing.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• RN licensure for applicable state(s) of practice.
• Minimum 18 months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU.
• Minimum 2 years for Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal, ED and Behavioral Health.
• Credentials per specialty (ACLS, TNCC, PALS) with BLS/ACLS/PALS per American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Float throughout hospital and/or multiple locations/regions.
• Assess, Outcomes Identification / Solutions, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
• Act independently within licensed scope and experience.
• Maintain accountability for delegation, decisions and outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to quality and improvement.
