Job summary

FirstChoice – Trinity Health's mobile staffing solution invites experienced Registered Nurses for flexible, premium-compensation assignments across the health system, including nationwide and regional opportunities.

This program supports you to float where needed and collaborate with diverse teams. Location is Trinity Health Ann Arbor with night shifts, 3x12, offering travel and per diem opportunities. Licensure and credentials are required.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• RN licensure in applicable state(s).
• 18+ months of clinical experience for Med Surg/Tele/PCU; 2+ years for other specialties.
• Credentials required per specialty (ACLS, TNCC, etc). BLS, ACLS, PALS must be through American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Float across hospital locations and regions as needed.
• Perform nursing assessments and apply professional practice standards.
• Act within license, scope of knowledge, and experience.
• Delegate responsibly and monitor outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality and outcomes.
• Adapt to new responsibilities and manage competing priorities.
• Support new ideas and accommodate cultural differences.
