Openwork Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for the PACU to deliver high-quality post-anesthesia care. You will monitor patients as they recover from anesthesia, manage pain and symptoms, and coordinate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the care team to ensure safe, effective recovery.

The role emphasizes compassionate patient communication, collaboration in a multidisciplinary team, and adherence to safety and infection-control protocols.

Qualifikationen

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Experience in PACU or acute care preferred.
• Current BLS; ACLS preferred.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Team-based care in multidisciplinary setting.

Aufgaben

• Monitor vitals post-anesthesia.
• Assess pain, nausea, and other post-operative symptoms.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Communicate care to patients and families.
• Document care in medical records.
• Collaborate with surgeons and anesthesiologists.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols.
• Respond to changes in patient condition.
