Talented Medical Solutions is seeking an experienced PACU Registered Nurse to join a hospital team in Marysville, California. The ideal candidate will have strong post-operative recovery experience in a fast-paced surgical environment.

The PACU RN will monitor patients recovering from anesthesia, manage complications and pain, and collaborate with surgeons and perioperative staff to ensure safe, efficient post-operative care. This is an on-site opportunity in Marysville, CA.

Qualifications

• Active California RN license is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• ACLS certification is required.
• PALS certification preferred depending on patient population.
• 2+ years PACU or critical care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients recovering from anesthesia in a fast-paced surgical setting.
• Assess and manage post-operative complications and pain control.
• Monitor vital signs, airway, and neurological status.
• Administer medications and IV therapies as ordered.
• Provide patient and family education prior to discharge or transfer.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR.
