Job summary

Hudson Regional Health in Bayonne, NJ seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) II for per diem day shifts to deliver high-quality patient care across Medical/Surgical units.

You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, delegate tasks to the health team, and coordinate with patients and families while upholding professional ethics.

Requirements include 3 years Medical/Surgical, critical care; NJ RN license; BLS/ACLS/PALS; Associate degree with BSN preferred; 2 years relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years experience in Medical/Surgical Nursing.
• Critical Care experience required.
• PACU experience preferred.
• Current New Jersey RN license; BLS, ACLS, and PALS.

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the delivery of care.

The RN assumes the responsibility and accountability for the delegation of patient care to other members of the health care team.

As an integral member of the health care team, coordinates patient care and communicates and collaborates extensively with the other members of the healthcare team, patients and/or patient's family or significant other(s).

Maintains and demonstrates high standards of professional ethics.

What We're Looking For

• Three (3) years experience in Medical/Surgical Nursing. Critical Care experience required. PACU experience preferred.
• Associates Degree; BSN Preferred
• Current New Jersey RN license. BLS, ACLS,( American Heart Association), and PALS.
• 2 years relevant work experience required.

PER DIEM RN II, Day shift. Either 8 hour shifts or10 hour shifts. Required to work some Saturdays.
