Facility: Baylor Scott and White Hospital- College Station, TX

Department: Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU)

Shift/Status: Full Time, 40 hrs./wk.

Schedule: Day Shift (8 hr. shifts), self- scheduling

Department Specifics

Patient Population: Post-surgical patients (6 months and up).

# of beds: 13 PACU bays

Patient Ratios: 1:2 or 1:1 based on acuity

Qualifications

  • Grad of an Accredited Program
  • Specialized field of study should be nursing.
  • A current and valid nursing license.
  • Must have BLS certification or get it within 30 days of starting in this role.
